The employee I think she’s one of the managers the skinny brown skin girl literally stole my money. I always come in there and tip, but I’m just now realizing I only have $11 instead of 13 and I was wondering why she didn’t hand me my receipt, but I didn’t question it since I paid in cash, but I should’ve counted my money right then and there I was too trusting of this place, I always attend weekly. I will never step foot in there again! Make sure y’all count your money before y’all leave out of there!

Absolutely LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The employees are AWESOME... They're friendly very helpful and have a lot of patience!! I can never make up my mind w what I want to order & then I change around the toppings or ice cream & no matter how long I take to make up my mind they NEVER get impatient w me!!

I came in and they were somewhat busy. Just two girls there. The one that took my order had AirPods in and she must not have heard me because of them or chose to ignore me because she messed up my order. When I asked her to fix it, she rolled her eyes and gave me attitude. Maybe she should take those AirPods out then. It’s a job not your personal free time.

If you think there's any other place better than THIS Cold stone, you definitely haven't tried there ice cream. It's one of the finest things I've ever tasted id give more than a 5 star but yeah🤣👍🏽
